RESET PASSWORD

Read and carefully follow these instructions:

Click on Forgot/Change Password Link that is in red
You must enter the User Id, this is how we identify the account.
Enter either the old password (if known), OR enter the email address.
If you choose to enter the email address, it is either your email address
or it is the email address of the person who used this login before you.
You will not be required to access the email, but you must use this email address for verification.
If you do not know the old password then leave it blank to verify by Email Address.

Once you press Submit Request, the password will be reset to match the
User Id. This Temporary Password will be the same as the User Id.

CHANGE TEMPORARY PASSWORD

Log in as you normally do using the User Id and Temporary Password (same as the User Id)
Read and Accept the terms and conditions to continue your access.
You will then be asked to create a new password, enter it twice to verify input.
When you create your new password, it must be a minimum of 6 characters
and it must be different from your User Id.
You may change the email address that is on record at this time if you need to.
